This script adds a !wakeup [hours ago] script based on the xkcd comic (http://xkcd.com/448/)

For this script to work correctly you will want to modify the first line (which user to load script on) and possibly the list of locations and timezones.

There are no admin commands or user commands apart from !wakeup and !timezone that is available to every chan the user is in.
