This script will allow users to turn on a message to be sent to all channels opon disconnecting from the BNC.

Installation:
For this script to work correctly you will probably not have to modify any values, all configuration can be done by the user.

The configuration of this script is down to the indervidual user<br />
The user can simply turn this on or off by setting the message using /sbnc set
